At Vritus.in, we prioritize your satisfaction and ensure that every product is delivered with care. Due to the specific nature of our pet grooming products, our return and refund policy is limited and subject to the conditions below.

7-Day Return Policy (Applicable Only for Damaged or Incomplete Orders)

We offer a 7-day return window, valid only if:

• You receive a damaged product

• Your order is incomplete

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Opened or used grooming items

• Personal care items

• Customized or personalized items

• Sale items and gift cards

Please ensure you review the product details before placing an order.

Reporting an Issue

To report a damaged or incomplete order:

• Email us at contact@vritus.in

• Mention your order number

• Attach clear photos of the issue (e.g., damaged packaging or missing items)

• Briefly describe the problem

If your claim is approved, we will provide a refund or replacement along with instructions for the return (if needed).

Return Conditions

Returns will only be accepted:

• If requested and approved within 7 days

• If the item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

• After receiving approval and a return shipping label from us

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
For approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 days.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
