To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
For approved refunds, we will credit the refundable amount into the source account within 5-7 business days.

If the item is unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received

Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
For approved returns, we will deliver the replacement product within 5-7 days.
